Intellectual Property Commitment
We respect the intellectual property rights of content creators, copyright owners, and publishers. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable international copyright laws, we maintain a strict policy to address claims of infringement expeditiously.
Our platform is designed to provide search indexation, tracking lists, and metadata aggregation. We do not participate in unauthorized content distribution, and we act promptly when notified of potential copyright issues.
Content Hosting Notice
It is important to emphasize that this platform operates solely as a media directory, search utility, and progress tracker. We do not host, store, upload, or transmit any digital video files, movie streams, or audio files on our servers.
All information displayed on the website—including titles, descriptions, cast details, release dates, and posters—is retrieved dynamically through public third-party APIs (such as TMDB). Any external media bookmarks or streaming links direct users to public servers and independent third-party platforms over which we have no control.

Submitting a Request
To facilitate quick processing, please send your valid infringement notifications to us through our designated Contact Page.
Upon receipt of a valid and fully compliant DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the infringing links or content within a standard administrative timeframe (typically within 24 to 72 hours). Please note that incomplete notifications may delay our response.
Counter-Notification Process
If you believe that access to your content or link was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to file a Counter-Notification. Your counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, along with a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your judicial district.
Once received, we will forward the counter-notice to the original complaining party. If the copyright owner does not file a lawsuit seeking a court order within 10 business days, we may restore the removed links or content.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we implement a repeat infringer policy. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate, disable, or restrict access to our services for any users, accounts, or partner links that are repeatedly flagged or determined to have committed copyright violations.
